10 Simple and natural home remedies for sinus infections

Prepare a clean washcloth and soak it in warm water, then gently apply it on your face.You’ll have to gauge if the heat is bearable for you to avoid any damage on your skin. This procedure will loosen and liquify thick mucus and decrease the pain brought by the sinusitis.

Another way to loosen the mucus is with the help of warmth and moistness of steaming.You can also add eucalyptol, one of the volatile oils that can be found in eucalyptus. You can also use this peppermint oil as an addition to steam inhalation. However, keep in mind that eucalyptus oil does not suit children.
