Olive leaves have been used for a very long time now due to its amazing and beneficial properties.

The most noticeable uses of it are against Alzheimer’s and diabetes. How to Prepare Extract from Olive Leaves at Home?

            In order to create extract of olive leaves, you can actually use them in either fresh or dried form.

Take a bunch of fresh olive leaves for at least 100 to 150 pieces per liter of water. If you will be using dried one, decrease the amount of it to 1/3. Wash the leaves gently. Leave them in some water with baking soda for a couple of minutes before washing again thoroughly.

After doing so, put those leaves in the water and boil them. When the water begins to boil, lessen the heat and let it simmer for at least 15 minutes.

Lastly, when they are already boiled, transfer the extract, which is the water only in a glass of bottles and store them in the fridge.

Consumption:

            Take a teaspoon of this mixture for at least thrice a day with your meal. If the flavor is too strong for you, you can actually dilute it with the help of water.
